The firm was established in 1991 by Daniel J. Ruotolo, CPA MS. In early 1997, Dan and Greg Spewak, CPA merged their practices. The firm has grown almost exclusively from referrals by friends, clients and business associates who respect our professional expertise and true concern for our clients.
Our firm currently consists of eleven employees, including five Certified Public Accountants.

Our firm’s goal is to provide comprehensive professional consulting, auditing and tax services to non-profit organizations and small to medium sized businesses.
