Topic: Nonprofit Board Recruitment, Development, and
Engagement - Strengthen Your Board and Improve Governance
Fran will share her observations as a lawyer who works exclusively with nonprofits and as a volunteer director on nonprofit boards on how nonprofits typically recruit and manage their directors, and how they could do so much better and perhaps attract their "dream board" of key community players and big donors with a little advance prep work, continuous expressed gratitude and some critical monitoring of the Board's goals and actual performance.
