Family & Psychological Services (FPS) is a well-established nonprofit mental health agency that provides a variety of counseling services in the South Jersey area, with its main headquarters in Marlton. A part of the therapeutic services offered focus on military veterans. A dedicated and caring team of mental health professionals are available to hold one-on-one sessions that address the individual needs of veterans, their partners and family members. Group sessions are facilitated by counselors, some of whom are veterans themselves, to re-acclimate to civilian life and help maintain a healthy mental balance. Our staff understands and can work with the VA, Veteran Service Officers (VSOs) and social workers in the assessment and treatment of the depression and anxiety normally associated with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). FPS respects the diversity of all individuals and groups regardless of race, nationality and gender or faith conviction. All therapeutic work is strictly confidential and suited to fit the client’s needs.
