Lin Rubright, 48, frequently tells her six daughters about the value of education, so when she saw a poster advertising the college’s new 3+1 program, which allows students to save as much as $75,000 on the cost of a bachelor’s degree, she dusted off her 20-year-old associate degree in education to go back to school. 3+1 is not the only initiative of the college’s to help save students money. Earlier this year, RCBC announced that there would be no tuition or fee increases for the 2017-2018 academic year.... Read more
